What we collect

The contact form stores your name, email, subject, message type, message, consent, and submission date in the website database. Only trusted website administrators can access the inbox. This site has no advertising trackers or newsletter subscription.

Anonymous site analytics

We use OpenPanel at openpanelapi.theneocorner.com for anonymous statistics about visits to public pages. We send the page path and referring website origin, without URL query strings, fragments, or contact-form data. We do not identify visitors, set analytics cookies, store analytics identifiers in your browser, record sessions, or track clicks. The analytics server receives ordinary network metadata, including IP address and browser information, to process requests. Tracking is disabled on admin and draft-preview pages and when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

How messages are used

The website team uses submissions to review contributions, answer questions, and make corrections. Messages are not published automatically and remain stored until the team deletes them. To request correction or deletion, send a message from the same email address and identify the original submission.

Photos & sensitive information

Only share material you own or have permission to publish. Do not include private contact details, room assignments, sensitive schedules, or operational information. The team must verify image rights and public-release suitability before publishing. Archive photos are labeled and are not represented as Class of 2029 event coverage.

External sites & giving

External websites, including the official giving portal, have their own privacy policies. This website does not collect donations, payment information, or receipts. Payload uses authentication cookies for signed-in editors. Hosting providers may retain normal access and security logs.

Independent website

This is not an official U.S. Air Force Academy or Department of Defense website and is not an emergency contact channel. Official Academy guidance takes precedence.
